Mindfulness is an important tradition in the A house community. It can reduce stress & anxiety, enhance creativity and improve your focus. Give it a go if you have 15 min, find a quite place and tune in 🧘💫 The mindfulness is held by A house team member Caroline Erfass and is in Swedish.
