Mindfulness with Caroline

Mindfulness is an important tradition in the A house community. It can reduce stress & anxiety, enhance creativity and improve your focus.

Every Wednesday at 3 pm I guide you through a relaxing, simple meditation with our eyes closed (in Swedish). Anyone can join, all you need is 15 minutes (for free of course).

We meet at the Front Desk at 3 pm sharp and go together to the mindful location. And yes, it's ok to fall asleep : )
